Paul Sieroslawski, CPA

Paul Sieroslawski serves as Controller and leads the finance and accounting team at CTLGroup. His past work across a variety of industries in companies of varying sizes has led to a deep knowledge of financial reporting and best accounting practices. He focuses on collaborating closely with business and operational leaders to provide the information needed to effectively and efficiently run and grow the business.

Prior to CTL Group, Mr. Sieroslawski spent over a decade leading accounting and finance for small pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies that focused on oncology. During this time, he participated in numerous major projects including the implementation of new accounting systems, transfer of manufacturing facilities, development and launch of several new medical devices and completion of a Phase I clinical trial in peripheral lung cancer.
