Thomas S. Palansky, P.E., Assoc. DBIA

Mr. Palansky has more than 38 years of project/program management, engineering, senior operations and management, technical sales, marketing, and municipal engineering experience. Tom’s focus is on developing pragmatic solutions and managing successful long-term client relationships in the public, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Tom has overseen the engineering design and construction of numerous public works improvement projects impacting all levels of infrastructure – potable water, sanitary, roadways, sidewalks and drainage systems. His experience includes a strong background in transportation, construction, materials testing and quality control/quality assurance programs.

Prior to joining CTLGroup, Tom served in senior leadership and business development roles for multi-national engineering firms, and heavy civil construction companies.
