Biography
Matt McConnell is the Digital Strategist at CTLGroup, where he supports the company’s digital marketing efforts across the website, social media, advertising, and CRM platforms. He manages day-to-day digital operations and helps execute campaigns that strengthen CTLGroup’s online presence and audience engagement. Matt works closely with the marketing team to align digital strategy with overall business goals.
He earned his degree in Media Advertising from Indiana University Bloomington and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction at Depaul University. His background blends user experience design, digital communication, and behavioral research, which he applies to create thoughtful, user-centered content and experiences.
Matt combines creativity, technical skill, and a strategic mindset to help CTLGroup connect with clients in meaningful ways.
