Our Testing Capabilities

Testing capabilities start with the earliest age fresh property tests and continue through long term deformation and durability testing. Our staff is well versed in ASTM, AASHTO, CSA, ACOE, and EN test procedures and have the flexibility to perform many tests outside our standard services when called upon. We have controlled temperature and humidity environments for running many standard tests and spaces programmable to a wide range of non-standard conditions to give us the flexibility to meet a multitude of project needs. Our staff are well-trained and up to date on some of the latest test methods including all tests related to a variety of cementitious grouts, mortars, and even polymer-based products. Our testing capabilities are adaptable and can handle everything from the lowest strength early age properties to high strength large specimens.

Our mortar lab has multiple workstations with automated mixing apparatus resulting in a high level of consistency and repeatability. The variety of environmental conditions present in our lab give project managers the flexibility to perform many standards and non-standard testing programs to help solve clients’ needs. We can also fabricate mortar and brick assemblies to expand testing programs when needed.
