John Baker

Mr. Baker specializes in curtain walls, roofing, windows and window-walls, waterproofing, leak investigations and NYC Local Law 11 FISP inspections & reports for CTLGroup’s Building Science Department. His project experience includes over 20 years of exterior restoration, landmark preservation, owners’ representation and new construction work. Mr. Baker assists in building envelope evaluations, Non-Destructive Testing and Non-Destructive Evaluations and façade inspections. Mr. Baker is also familiar with leak investigations, AAMA field water testing, mil-thickness testing, adhesion testing, joint sealant testing, over-cladding and curtain-wall inspections, and QA/QC for new construction.
