Beata Karpiuk is an experienced architect and preservation professional with over 16 years of expertise in the field. She holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Bialystok University of Technology, Poland. At CTLGroup, Ms. Karpiuk brings her extensive knowledge and leadership skills to manage complex exterior restoration and new building projects, overseeing them from concept to completion and project close-out.
With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of architectural preservation, Ms. Karpiuk conducts thorough building-wide inspections, prepares comprehensive condition reports, and offers valuable repair recommendations. She is adept at estimating project costs and ensures the smooth administration of ongoing construction work. Ms. Karpiuk’s dedication to delivering high-quality results is complemented by her commitment to environmental safety and sustainable design practices.
Ms. Karpiuk has expanded her professional qualifications through various certifications. She is certified in Environmental Safety and Green Buildings as well as Building Cost Estimating from The Cooper Union in New York. Additionally, she holds certifications as an IRATA L1 technician, an ICC Special Inspector GR, and an Energy Auditor C&R.
