Building facade repairs have been performed by CTLGroup since 1995. Our work has included miscellaneous masonry repairs (tuckpointing; flashing installation); water leakage repairs; balcony repairs (concrete patch repairs, waterproofing membrane application & balcony railing replacement); exterior facade coating application; window and balcony door sealant replacement; City of Chicago facade inspection programs; parking garage repairs.

Services performed included performing field investigation; performing material/laboratory and non-destructive testing; preparation of engineering reports; performing repair design and preparing bid documents; assisting the Owner during bidding process; and performing contract administration and construction observations during repairs.
