CTLGroup was brought in to evaluate a condominium building due to complaints of leakage and concrete distress. Upon evaluation, CTLGroup identified concrete, coating, and sealant deterioration as the main cause(s). Our team’s final recommendations and expert opinion called for concrete repairs, waterproof coating repairs, sealant repairs, railing repairs, and architectural coating removal and replacement. CTLGroup worked with BTL Architects to prepare plans and specifications for the repair of the building, which are scheduled to start Spring of 2018. CTLGroup has assisted the owner and provided construction services throughout the repair process.
