CTLGroup was retained by the 1630 Sheridan Corporation to provide architecture and engineering services with regards to the replacement of the main roof, balcony roofs, and elevator penthouse roofs of the building. The Corporation requested that CTLGroup assist in identifying the scope of the roof replacement to provide the best life cycle cost and long term performance. CTLGroup conducted an initial investigation of the existing roof membranes, reviewed original roof documents, and provided repair recommendations to the Corporation for how best to replace the roof systems. Plans and specifications were created and the project was scheduled to start in spring of 2018, with completion in late summer.
