Mahmoud Motahari, Ph.D., P.E.

Dr. Motahari is a construction materials Engineer supported by over a decade of experience in the construction industry. He is an expert in the design and development of special concretes, non-destructive structural assessment, and failure investigation in a variety of structures.

Prior to joining CTLGroup, Dr. Motahari served as a Lead Engineer where he provided expert witness support, condition assessments, and other services related to structural evaluation. He also has extensive experience in QA/QC of infrastructure construction materials.
