Dr. Amini’s background is supported by more than 10 years of experience in concrete industry. He is an expert in the design, analysis, testing, and development of different concretes. He has consulted contractors and engineering firms on the development of specialty concrete mixtures, troubleshooting, and assessment of concrete structures integrity and durability issues. In addition, he is experienced with non-destructive test methods, numerical modelling, and statistical analysis.
Before joining CTLGroup, he worked as a Quality Control Manager for Titan America Read-Mix Company in Daytona Beach, FL. As the leader of the technical support team, Dr. Amini’s tasks included overseeing the technical and management aspects of the quality team, including collaboration with other business units in the company such as sales and operation. He has been an active member of the industry and has authored and co-authored numerous technical publications in indexed journals and has contributed as an expert reviewer for multiple journals focused on concrete materials performance.
