During his time at CTLGroup, Mr. Dodge has developed his skills in nondestructive testing (NDT) through extensive field experience, developing test methods, and performing structural evaluations and failure investigations. Mr. Dodge has applied his NDT specialty on various kinds of structures, including commercial and residential buildings, bridges, pavement, tunnels, nuclear power plants, water treatment facilities, and refinery structures. Mr. Dodge is experienced in signal processing, data interpretation, and data visualization.
Prior to rejoining CTLGroup, Mr. Dodge worked for three years as project engineer at an expert consulting engineering firm in Boston, where he participated in structural evaluations, repair designs and nondestructive test programs. His responsibilities included project management and the application of nondestructive testing.
