Mr. Drengenberg provides structural investigation, assessment, and analysis of existing buildings and civil facilities for CTLGroup’s Structural Engineering & Mechanics division. He has managed field investigations of damaged structures, performed safety and quality assessments of construction operations, and provided expert opinions. Additionally, he has investigated structural and construction deficiencies, which involved defect documentation, repair development, observation of remedial structural demolition, and served as an expert witness providing litigation support related to construction defects and construction accidents. Mr. Drengenberg has also assisted in development and implementation of safety recommendations and code revisions related to high-rise construction and implemented structural quality training programs for New York City building inspectors.
