Biography

Brian Neuffer’s legal experience focuses in the complex commercial litigation and transactions. At CTLGroup, he provides legal counsel and corporate review of all types of contractual agreements for projects, subconsultant engagements, joint ventures, and strategic teaming alliances. He also leads the Intellectual Property Program and oversees corporate risk management programs including insurance, licensure, and professional registrations in the U.S. and internationally. Mr. Neuffer’s experience includes value-based contracting, pricing policy development, government contracting, SOX compliance, litigation management, internal investigations, mediations, arbitrations and representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in state, federal and appellate courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
