- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process; create job descriptions, post open positions on various internet/social media platforms, review applications/resumes, conduct phone screens, conduct and coordinate interviews, submit offer letters, conduct candidate follow-up, etc.
- Build effective working partnerships with internal departments and hiring managers
- Work with hiring managers to become familiar with the roles in each department
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs
- Use various methods for sourcing and attracting talent; job boards, social media, career fairs, networking, website, etc.
- Partner with Marketing team to create and post content
- Stay up to date on recruiting best practices
- Be an ambassador of the Company; assist with managing our employment brand
- Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates
