Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process; create job descriptions, post open positions on various internet/social media platforms, review applications/resumes, conduct phone screens, conduct and coordinate interviews, submit offer letters, conduct candidate follow-up, etc.
  • Build effective working partnerships with internal departments and hiring managers
  • Work with hiring managers to become familiar with the roles in each department
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs
  • Use various methods for sourcing and attracting talent; job boards, social media, career fairs, networking, website, etc.
  • Partner with Marketing team to create and post content
  • Stay up to date on recruiting best practices
  • Be an ambassador of the Company; assist with managing our employment brand
  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates


Education and Licensure

  • Bachelor’s degree required


  • Must have at least 2 years in professional recruiting
  • Experience as a Human Resources Generalist (1 year preferred)


  • Must be highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have exceptional communication skills
  • Must have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
