Biography

Dr. Grubjesic’s extensive industry experience includes consulting, laboratory management, research and development, materials troubleshooting, and material characterization. Her specialty lies in the forensic materials investigations, paints and coatings, organic and polymer materials characterization, corrosion science, smart materials, and nanotechnology.

Prior to joining CTLGroup, Dr. Grubjesic worked at a major chemical additives manufacturing firm where she was part of the Research & Development & Technical Services department leading multiple projects in the industrial and architectural paint and coatings market. She brings a strong proficiency in coatings failure analysis and materials characterization techniques such as FTIR, DSC, TG, and a variety of other spectroscopic and chromatographic analyses.
