Chicagoans Construct New Skyscraper Standards
Skyscrapers are the giants of our cities. But 10 years after terrorist attacks destroyed the iconic World Trade Center in New York City, there are guidelines to build tall buildings differently. Two Chicagoans are part of that change.
Dr. W. Gene Corley, Senior Vice President at CTLGroup, was interviewed by reporter Alan Krashesky of ABC 7 News about the findings and building code recommendations that resulted from the investigation of the collapse of the World Trade Center's twin towers on 9/11. Corley led the investigation.
