FEMA: World Trade Center Building Performance Study
Dr. W. Gene Corley, Senior Vice President at CTLGroup, served as the Team Leader in the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) investigation into the collapse of the World Trade Center following the September 11, 2001 attacks.
The team released its report, World Trade Center Building Performance Study: Data Collection, Preliminary Observations and Recommendations, in May 2002.
