Emily Lorenz

Martha VanGeem, Principal Engineer, and Emily Lorenz, Engineer at CTLGroup, presented a workshop called "Sustainability Toolkit for Structural Engineers," hosted by the Structural Engineers Association of Illinois (SEAOI). The presentation focuses on what's new to the structural engineer in the design and construction of of green buildings, including site planning, water efficiency, energy conservation, materials and resources and indoor air quality.

The workshop provided 4.0 hours of continuing education and took place Mar. 24 at the UBS Tower, Michigan I Room, 1 N. Wacker, 2nd Floor, Chicago, IL.
