Clinker Burnability and Alkali Volatility TestLab ID 90

Use
To determine the efficiency of chemical combination of raw mix components and/or to determine alkali loss in the clinkering process. Modified FLS method is used, in conjunction with chemical and Microscopic analysis.

Instructions
Per proposal

Results Produced
A report showing: free lime of clinker at three temperatures; XRD of clinkers; alkali loss at three temperatures; summary and recommendation. A report is produced according to the agreed scope of work.

Time for Results
Results are usually available within 30 working days.
