We know concrete floors from the ground up ... and down.
Concrete floors, both with and without finish flooring, are subject to a range of problems that can compromise their safety, usefulness, and appearance. But these floor systems are a lot more complex than they may seem. A problem visible on the surface may be due to something beneath the floor or many feet away. A permanent solution requires an accurate determination of the root cause of the problem.
Whether your problem floor is located in a warehouse, freezer, medical facility, or other commercial building, CTLGroup can help. If consulted early in a project, we can help prevent floor troubles by guiding floor design and construction efforts. Faced with an existing floor problem, our team of materials scientists and engineers work together to determine its source and recommend practical, permanent solutions. Whether your finished floor surface is concrete, resilient, a polymer coating, or other material, CTLGroup has the technical knowledge and experience to solve the problem. We know floors from the ground up, and down.
Relative Humidity Testing for Concrete Floors / Slabs
CTLGroup and Wagner Electronics have partnered to develop the Rapid RH relative humidity testing system, a fast, accurate way to measure the current moisture condition of a concrete floor slab. The Rapid RH system combines a factory-calibrated sensor that remains in the concrete and a removable, reusable Rapid RH Reader. The system is designed to cost-effectively manage the risk of flooring failures. For more information, you can visit www.rapidRH.com.
