Lorenz Presents AIA Seminar "Standard for the Design of High Performance Green Buildings" in Abu Dhabi
Emily Lorenz, Engineer at CTLGroup, presented a seminar for The American Institute of Architects (AIA) on April 26 at Al Bateen Tower C6 in Abu Dhabi. Her presentation was titled "Standard for the Design of High Performance Green Buildings."
The program focused on ASHRAE's first consensus-based, international green building standard written in mandatory, code-intended language.
It provided a general overview of topics, including site planning, water efficiency, energy efficiency, impact of materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, and plans for operation.
